Scripture Union Ireland seeks a motivated and proactive Youth Development Worker to support the delivery of our camps and schools ministry. This role involves helping plan and run SU camps, supporting school retreats, and equipping volunteers. Working closely with the Camps & Schools Co-ordinator and the wider team, you will play a hands-on role in creating spaces where young people encounter God through Scripture and prayer. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a heart for youth ministry, and the ability to take initiative in a varied ministry environment.
