Internship overview:
School Ministry
Step into a dynamic role working directly with students and schools. You’ll help lead retreats, create dynamic workshops, and bring the Bible to life through engaging talks.
From facilitating team-building activities at Ovoca Manor to being trained in skills like archery, school ministry combines faith, fun, and leadership in a hands-on environment.
Camp Ministry
Be part of unforgettable camp experiences that impact young people and families. You’ll assist in planning and running a variety of camps, from kids and teens to parenting and adventure weekends. Along the way, you’ll help recruit and train volunteers, lead small groups, and develop your confidence in speaking and ministry through giving talks and supporting retreats.
Bible Engagement & Prayer
Grow deeper in your faith while helping others do the same. Through weekly Bible studies, guided journeys through Scripture, and book studies on prayer, you’ll develop a strong foundation in God’s Word. Shaping both your personal walk and your ability to lead others spiritually.
Personal Growth
This internship is as much about your development as it is about what you do. You’ll receive one-to-one mentoring, gain practical workplace experience, and be part of a close-knit passionate team.
With leadership training, opportunities to attend retreats like CIY Connected, and hands-on experience alongside seasoned youth workers, you’ll grow in confidence, skills, and purpose.
