  • CAPACITY
    The Manor itself offers superb quality accommodation for up to 96 guests. There are 35 beds in ensuite rooms and 61 beds in non-ensuite rooms. There is a lift across all 4 floors of the Manor and there are two disabled access ensuite bedrooms on the 1st floor accommodating up to 7 guests.

    • Bright and spacious dining room with balcony overlooking the valley.

    • Games room with AV facilities, table tennis, pool table and fuse-ball table as well as an adjoining kitchenette.

    • Self-service coffee dock and Tuck Shop (stock not included).

    Densmore Lodge is a comfy, self-contained unit with group accommodation for up to 32 in eight 4 bed ensuite rooms, plus an overflow bedsit containing 6 beds.

    • Dining room with stunning views down the valley.

    • Disabled access ensuite bedroom on the 1st floor with two single beds and one bunkbed.

  • CAPACITY
    We have a campsite available. Electric hook-ups outside of the Sports Hall for up to 6 caravans.


    FACILITIES
    Camp site wash-block with hot showers and an enclosed kitchen area including fridge, cooker and oven.

    RIVER WALK
    There is a 2/3km walk around the site that meanders down to the river by the stream, along the banks of the River Avoca and back up to the Manor through the woods. A map of the site can be provided from the office.

Activities

Ovoca Manor has a wide variety of outdoor activities aimed at all ages and abilities. From adrenaline to adventure, nature to never-tried-before, there’s something for everyone.

Instructor Led Activities

All activities are guided by our instructors. Each session is minimum 3hrs. A waiver is necessary for each participant. Please contact our office for pricing and further details.

We require booking 3–4 months in advance.
We cannot guarantee availability as it is dependent on the schedules of our external instructors. For everyone’s safety, activities may be canceled if weather conditions are unfavourable.

Self Led Activities

All self led activities are included in your booking - request in advance or select on your self service portal. Instructions will be provided on arrival by the Duty Manager. Please contact the office for more details.

All self-led activities must be supervised by a group leader / adult.

  • For everyone’s safety, instructor led activities may be cancelled if weather conditions are unfavourable. We will inform you and you will not be charged.

  • You’ll be required to pay a deposit in advance and the remaining balance after the event has taken place.

  • No, if you have booked the manor you are responsible for providing your own first aider as well as first aid supplies.

    The duty manager will give you an intro to the kitchen and machines on arrival.
