Greystones CSSM 2026 Update
After careful consideration, the Council of Scripture Union Ireland have made the difficult decision to pause Greystones CSSM for 2026.
Over the years, CSSM has been a place where people gather, build community, hear stories of God’s love, and grow in their faith. It means a great deal to many, and we are privileged to be part of it. Our desire is to build on that, whatever shape that may take in the future. To move forward wisely, we believe it is right to take a pause - to review the camp and consider how it should develop, particularly in how we work with local churches.
We know this will be disappointing, especially for those who were hoping to be involved this summer. We’re very grateful for the time, energy, and commitment that so many of you have given to CSSM over the years.
We also recognise the vital role that churches, other organisations, and individuals play in helping young people and families encounter the stories of Jesus and experience the love of God. That work continues, and we’re happy to support and provide resources for anyone who may wish to run a programme or event in their own church or community over the summer.
At Scripture Union, our summer is full of other camps, and we’d love to see you at one of them. Do keep an eye out for other opportunities that may arise over the coming months.
